I am sending this for two reasons.

First, I just personally taught a class last night for the first time on capital expenses (CapEx).

Second, it is an example of a class you could teach or create as a means of attracting another investing client or two to more than fund your retirement plan in the next year.

In the class I also released two new spreadsheets for estimating maintenance and capital expenses on you and your client’s rentals.
